Lutron Electronics has launched myRoom – a cost-competitive light, temperature and shade control system. The solution combines sleek aesthetics with an intuitive design to control lights, shades and HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) to reduce energy costs for institutional consumers such as hotels. Addressing the growing concern over saving power and the need for efficient energy saving solutions, myRoom utilises guest presence detection to turn off lights when a room is unoccupied.
