LOESCHE India Private Limited, a subsidiary of LOESCHE GmbH, has won an order from Balaha Chemicals Private Limited for supplying a vertical roller mill for the Hindupur grinding plant at Andhra Pradesh. The mill, designed for grinding granulated blast furnace slag, will produce at a capacity of 50 tonnes per hour and the material will be ground to a fineness of 4,000 gram per centimetre square blaine. The contract also includes the supply of other equipment such as mill fans, dampers, expansion joints, magnetic separators and metal detectors. The lead time for the main components of the mill is 10 months. The company has sold over 100 vertical roller mills for grinding raw material, coal and cement to various clients in India.
