SEWA (UAE) to construct three 132 kV and five 33 kV stations in 2017

United Arab Emirates’ Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) has proposed to construct three 132 kV and five 33 kV stations during 2017. The stations will help to meet the growing demand for electricity due to demographic, urban, economic, industrial, social and developmental expansions in the emirates. During 2016, SEWA commissioned three 132 kV and eight 33 kV power stations in the country.
