The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of Reliance Infrastructure Limited’s (RInfra) power transmission assets in Gujarat and Maharashtra by Adani Transmission Limited (ATL). As per the deal, ATL will acquire power transmission assets aggregating about 3,100 ckt. km at a value of Rs 10 billion under RInfra’s Western Region System Strengthening Scheme.
