The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued the draft Supply Code and Performance Standards Regulations, 2017. The draft regulations include rules to be followed while distributing power in the National Capital Region. They also highlight issues such as safety and standard of supply, conditions for new and existing connections, rules for enhancing load, and distribution through franchisees. The last date for the submission of comments and suggestions is February 20, 2017.
