The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has completed work on the 132 kV Osogbo-Ede line and is awaiting completion of the connected Ede substation for energisation. Work on the associated substation is expected to be completed in the next 12 months. In addition, TCN is taking the necessary steps to expedite work on the 132 kV Abeokuta-Igboora-Lanlate double circuit line, Odogunyansubstation and transmission line, transmission substation in Iseyin, as well as transmission projects in Ago-Iwoye, Benin-Akure, Gamo-Ogbomoso and Magboro.
