L&T Construction has secured a contract from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for strengthening the sub-transmission and distribution network in Nadia, West Bengal, under the Integrated Power Development Scheme. In addition, L&T Construction has secured international transmission and distribution orders from the Oman Electricity Transmission Company SAOC for the turnkey construction of the 400/132 kV Qabel Grid Station and associated works as well as for the design, supply, construction and commissioning of five 132 kV substations in the UAE. The domestic and international orders have an aggregate value of Rs 11.69 billion.
