Statkraft BLP Solar Solutions Private Limited (SBSSPL) has commissioned a 5 MW solar PV plant in Karnataka. The company will sell power from the project to three Karnataka-based clients – one institutional user and two industries – through open access. Formed in 2015, SBSSPL is a JV between Bharat Light and Power and Norway-based Statkraft.
