International consulting and engineering firm Poyry has been awarded an engineer services assignment for the 40 MW Ashuganj CCPP in Bangladesh. The Ashuganj power station will replace an old and inefficient 150 MW steam turbine plant. Poyry’s assignment includes supervision services for demolition, disposal and site preparation, as well as construction, testing and commissioning.
