The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) has notified draft amendments to the Technical Standards for Construction of Electrical Plants and Electric Lines Regulations, 2010. The amendments entail modifications of technical standards for the construction of substations, switchyards and electrical lines. The CEA has requested stakeholders to submit their suggestions and views by May 26, 2017.
