Sembcorp Green Infra Limited has received the letter of award for a 250 MW wind power project in Tamil Nadu under the first national wind power tender conducted by the Solar Energy Corporation of India. The project will be developed in phases and is expected to be fully commissioned in the second half of 2018-19. The entire output of the project will be sold to PTC India Limited under a long-term PPA of 25 years. The total project cost is estimated to be about Rs 26.94 billion.
