The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission has finalised the Supply Code and Performance Standards Regulations, 2017 and the same will come into effect from September 1, 2017. According to the regulations, a compensation of Rs 10 per kW per hour for consumers having a load of up to 20 kW will be payable in case of delays in the restoration of power.
