The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the retail power supply tariff schedule for 2017-18. For domestic consumers, the tariff for 151-500 units of power consumption per month has been increased by 25 paise per unit. For consumption of 501-800 units per month, the tariff increase stands at 35 paise per unit. Consumers with a total monthly consumption of 801 units and above will attract a flat (non-telescopic) increase of 35 paise per unit. There has been no tariff increase for consumption of up to 150 units per month. Meanwhile, the electricity tariff for non-domestic consumers has increased in the range of 30-45 paise per unit, while for the high tension industry category, it has increased by 50 paise per unit.
