JSW Energy Limited is likely to complete the acquisition of the Tamnar TPP in Chhattisgarh by June 2018. The 1,000 MW coal-based power plant is owned by JSPL. The deal, which is estimated at Rs 65 billion, would help JSPL pare its debt.
