ABB India Limited has secured an order from Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited to upgrade 20 substations in Himachal Pradesh. ABB will deploy its electronic relays for the protection, control, measurement and supervision of power systems at all substations. Moreover, six substations will be equipped with ABB’s MicroSCADA system, which will ensure optimised control and reliable operations of the substation through seamless integration and connectivity between different devices.
