CLP India to be listed on bourses by 2020

CLP India Private Limited is planning to list itself on the bourses in the next two to three years. The company is looking for opportunities in the tranmission space and had recently bid for a transmission project. CLP India is a subsidiary of China-based CLP Group that entered the Indian power sector in 2002. It owns and operates the 1,320 MW Jhajjar supercritical power plant in Haryana, the 665 MW Paguthan gas-based power project in Gujarat, and wind and solar power assets across different states.
