Finland-based manufacturer Wartsila Corporation has signed a contract with Baraka Shikalbaha Power Limited, a private sector energy provider, for delivering equipment for a 105 MW power plant to be located in Shikalbaha, Bangladesh. The contract entails the delivery of six Wartsila 50 engines running on heavy fuel oil by October 2018.
