Malaysia’s TNB signs PPAs with six solar power developers for 180 MW capacity

Malaysian utility Tenaga Nasional Berhad has signed 21-year PPAs with six solar power developers (SPD) for an aggregate capacity of 180 MW in Malaysia. These developers are Kenyir Solar Park and Gunkul Engineering Public, Hasilwan and Idiqa Holding, BGMC Corporation and Bras Venture, Gaya Dunia, Enerta and Ambang Fiesta, Revenue Vantage and Cypark Renewable Energy and Nippon Bumijaya, and B&Z Mechanical and Electrical. Each developer will be responsible for setting up 30 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity and will design, construct, own, operate and maintain the PV projects.
