The state-owned Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has signed a VND 17 billion financing agreement with the US Trade and Development Agency to examine the feasibility of advanced energy storage technologies in Vietnam. The deployment of energy storage technologies can help EVN reduce power shortages and losses, and support increased renewable energy generation throughout the country.
