The Philippines-based AC Energy, in partnership with AMI Renewables Energy Joint Stock Company, plans to develop 80 MW of solar power plants in Vietnam. The joint venture (JV) has signed EPC and financing documents for the development of solar plants in the provinces of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak, to be commissioned by June 2019. The projects are estimated to cost $83 million, financed with debt and equity.
