Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited has secured two orders worth Rs 11.45 billion in the power and infrastructure sectors. The orders include design, supply and construction of 500 kV transmission lines in the Commonwealth of Independent States regions and 230 kV transmission lines in Africa worth Rs 6.44 billion.
Genus Power Infrastructures has secured an order worth Rs 3.12 billion from a state-owned utility for the implementation of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), including supply of 0.43 million smart meters. Reportedly, this is the single largest order for AMI that has been directly finalised by any state utility in the country.
