TTC Group launches 49 MW solar plant in Vietnam

Vietnamese conglomerate, the TTC Group, and Gia Lai Electricity JSC have completed the 49 MW TTC Krông Pa solar power plant in Krông Pa district in Vietnam. The plant is the second largest solar project in the country and is expected to supply 103 MUs of electricity per year. The plant involved a total investment of $60 million and  is built on 70.2 hectares of hilly land in ChuGu Commune, about 131 km from Pleiku City. The company is aiming for 1 GW of solar capacity by 2020, with another four projects set to come online before the feed-in tariff (FiT) deadline of June 2019.
