ReNew Power Limited has commissioned the 300 MW Pavagada Solar Park in Tumkur, Karnataka. This is the company’s largest solar plant and will help in mitigating 0.6 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year. The plant is equipped with high efficiency mono-passivated emitter rear cell-based solar modules with seasonal tilt technology and string inverters. The company is also planning to partner with the Karnataka government in harnessing the solar potential in the state in the coming years.
