Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has signed an MoU with the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), an autonomous body affiliated to the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, for cooperation on e-mobility projects. The agreement will combine their respective strengths in technology development, and testing and certification of electric and trolley buses, electric vehicle chargers, batteries, among others.
