The CERC has notified the draft Deviation Settlement Mechanism (DSM) and Related Matters (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2019. These regulations will come into from the date of notification in the official gazette. The objective of the proposed amendments is to take a considered view of the technical and operational difficulties faced by stakeholders in implementing the DSM regulations.
