Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited has sent a team to Odisha to assist the state government in restoring the damaged power network in the wake of Cyclone Fani. The team comprises 25 engineers and technicians from its regular operations. It is being assisted by Tata Steel–Kalinganagar and JUSCO for the restoration of electrical lines. Meanwhile, to provide immediate relief to villagers, Tata Power Solar has distributed over 4,000 solar lanterns. Tata Trusts and Tata Projects Community Development Trust are also helping the state by providing drinking water supply to the affected areas.
