GE Power India has secured a contract worth Rs 7.38 billion from Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL) for the installation of flue gas desulphurisation (FGD) systems. The scope of the contract includes design, engineering, civil work, supply, erection and commissioning of wet FGD systems, along with auxiliaries like limestone and gypsum handling systems and wet stack on full turnkey basis. APCPL is a joint venture company of NTPC, Haryana Power Generation Company Limited and Indraprastha Power Generation Company Limited.
