Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Limited has completed the shipment of an M701F gas turbine to PT PLN (Persero), Indonesia’s state-owned electricity provider. The unit will serve as the core of a 500 MW natural gas-fired gas turbine combined cycle power generation system at the Muara Karang power plant in western Java. The new system is scheduled for commissioning in October 2020.
