The Malaysian electricity company Tenaga Nasional Berhad will undergo an internal restructuring to split its power generation and retail businesses into a retail business (RetailCo) and a generation company (GenCo). The structure for the remaining businesses such as T&D network, international business and corporate centre will remain unchanged at the group level. The reorganisation is expected to be completed by September 2019.
