Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has roped in L&T Smart World & Communication to implement the advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) solution for over 5 million smart meters across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). L&T and EESL have already implemented the AMI solution for over 500,000 smart meters including the integration and commissioning of 50,000 smart meters for NDMC. L&T’s scope of work involves the integration of smart meters with the AMI solution.
