L&T Power has won a significant engineering, procurement and construction order from NTPC to set up FGD systems at Vindhyachal STPS in Stage I (1,260 MW) and Stage II (1,000 MW) in Madhya Pradesh. This follows the order received for Stages III and IV (1,000 MW each) of the project in September 2018. With this, L&T will be implementing FGD systems for 12 units aggregating 4,260 MW at NTPC’s Vindhyachal STPS. The order is valued between Rs 10 billion and Rs 25 billion.
