Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited has commissioned the 1,320 MW Ib thermal power station (TPS) at Jharsuguda in Odisha. A substantial portion of the power generated from the project will be supplied to the Grid Corporation of Odisha. BHEL was the key equipment supplier for the project.
