Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) has signed an MoU with the International Finance Corporation to assess the energy storage capacity requirement in TPDDL’s area. Over the next eight months, the two organisations will jointly conduct the first-of-its-kind study in South Asia to examine and recommend the optimum storage capacity that can be implemented for the company’s 2,000 MW distribution system.
