Vena Energy commissions a 70-MW Mingus PV project in Taiwan

Singapore-based Vena Energy has commissioned the 70 MW Mingus solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the salt plains of Chiayi county, Taiwan. Mingus is currently the largest ground-mounted utility-scale solar project in Taiwan. It features 195,000 PV modules that span an area of about 79.5 hectares and are capable of producing over 100 GWh of renewable energy annually. The project was won by Vena Energy in a competitive tender in 2017.
