The World Bank has approved a loan of $150 million for Indonesia to scale up investments in geothermal energy by reducing risks of early-stage exploration. The loan is accompanied by grants worth $127.5 million from the Green Climate Fund and the Clean Technology Fund, which support climate-friendly development.
