REC Transmission Projects Company Limited (RECTPCL) has handed over two project-specific special purpose vehicles (SPVs), Lakadia Banaskantha Transco Limited and Jam Khambaliya Transco Limited, to Adani Transmission Limited. The selection was carried out through tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB), as per the standard bidding documents and guidelines notified by the Ministry of Power.
