In a bid to increase renewable energy evacuation in Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces, state-owned power company Vietnam Electricity plans to execute grid strengthening projects. A total of 41 renewable energy projects aggregating 2,140 MW are already in operation in the two provinces. In addition, 4,600 MW of capacity, which was approved in 2018, is expected to come up.
