ELECRAMA 2020 records 400 per cent rise in business interests

The 14th edition of ELECRAMA witnessed participation from over 1,370 exhibitors showcasing their products and services. ELECRAMA was organised by the Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from January 18 to 22, 2020. With a footfall of over 0.3 million this year, the event beat economic slowdown to record $4.6 billion worth of business queries through reverse buyer-seller meets (RBSM) and domestic buyer-seller meets. The RBSM sessions held concurrently saw participation from 650 buyers across 70 countries from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, CIS and SAARC. Two MoUs were also signed at the event, the first between IEEMA and Kyrgyzstan to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation, while the second MoU was signed between IEEMA and Rupeeboss under the SME Clinique initiative.
