Singapore-based Nexif Energy has bought a 94 per cent stake in Song Giang Hydropower, a company that owns two hydropower projects in Vietnam. These include the 37 MW Song Giang 2 project, which has been operating since December 2014 and the 12 MW Song Giang 1, which is under construction and expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. Nexif Energy plans to acquire more projects in Vietnam and rest of its target markets.
