PCMM is a globally recognised excellence framework developed by the CMMI Institute that focuses on continuously improving the management and development of human assets in an organisation. An appraisal at level 4 indicates that the organisation is performing at a predictable level in terms of competency development through mentoring, competency-based assets, empowered work groups, competency integration; motivation and management of performance through quantitative performance management; and workforce strengthening through organisational capability management.
