The CERC has notified draft amendments to the Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and Other Related Matters Regulations, 2020. The amendments relate to the trading margin in respect of banking of electricity transactions and the value of letter of credit in respect of short-term contracts.
