SEC awards contracts for installation of 380 kV reactors

The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) awarded two transmission contracts worth SAR 86.71 million to Saudi-based National Contracting Company (NCC) and Pakistan-based National Power Construction Corporation. NCC has been awarded a SAR 25.71 million contract for the installation of two 380 kV bus-connected reactors at the Madain substation. The contract is expected to be completed within 17 months from the date of signing of the contract.
