The PFC has appointed Parminder Chopra as director (finance). She succeeds N.B. Gupta, who superannuated on June 30, 2020. Chopra was serving as executive director (finance) at PFC before assuming charge as director (finance). Chopra has over 32 years of rich and varied experience and specialises in handling crucial and core finance functions such as funds mobilisation, corporate accounts, banking and treasury, asset-liability management and stressed asset resolution. Before joining PFC, she had been associated with leading power sector organisations such as NHPC Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
