NHPC Limited and Nepal’s Hydropower Investment and Development Company Limited (HDCL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop hydropower projects in Nepal.
Both organizations had shared letter of intents for the purpose in November 2019. The MoU was signed through a video conference between the NHPC corporate office at Faridabad and the HIDCL Office in Kathmandu due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic situation and restrictions.
