SB Energy plans to raise $600 million via offshore bonds

SoftBank group’s SB Energy is planning to raise $600 million in overseas green bonds.

Bonds will likely mature in five years, with the company using the proceeds for refinancing. Bank of America (BofA) Securities, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Mizuho Bank, Standard Chartered Bank are among the lenders helping the company raise the money.
