The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) has notified the Communication System for Intra-State Transmission of Electricity Regulations, 2020.
These regulations will apply to the constituent/participants/users in the state transmission system for installation of the communication infrastructure to be used for data/speech communication and tele- protection for the power system at intra-state level to work in perfect coordination with the regional communication system. All users, state load despatch centre (SLDC), state transmission utility (STU) and intra-state power exchanges will abide by the principles and procedure provided in these regulations as may be applicable to them.
