Thailand’s PTT Group is reportedly in talks with Goldman Sachs Group to buy a stake in ReNew Power
PTT is reportedly conducting a detailed due diligence exercise and has indicated its openness to invest a minimum of $500 million in the company at around $2.2 billion valuation. Consulting firm EY is advising the Thai company. Goldman Sachs is the largest shareholder of Renew Power with a 48 per cent stake.
