The solar power will be procured from grid-connected solar photovoltaic power projects to be set up in the state. The last date for submission of bids is October 28, 2020. Financial bids will be opened on November 10, 2020, which will be followed by the reverse e-auction. To fulfil the renewable power purchase obligations (RPO) and meet future requirements of discoms, GUVNL intends to procure solar power under Phase XI.
