PFC’s net profit increases 72 per cent to Rs 42.90 billion

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) reported a 72 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 42.90 billion in the July-September quarter on account of higher revenues.  

Its net profit was Rs 24.97 billion in the quarter ended September 30, 2019. The total income of the company rose to Rs 181.71 billion in the July-September quarter from Rs 155.37 billion in the same period a year ago.
