EDF International Networks and Capgemini have signed a partnership agreement to combine their expertise, resources and geographical presence to build common offerings. The aim is to position themselves jointly for smart metering projects and smart grid initiatives being undertaken around the world. Smart grids rely on digital tools to provide in-depth knowledge of electricity supply and demand, and enable the decentralised development of renewable energy.
